Mayflower Kitchen Shows its Hot Stuff

Congratulations to the kitchen staff at Mayflower High School, who have just received their second award in less than a year.
The kitchen has just been presented with a silver award by Basildon District Council's environmental health team after a review of the school's menus, cooking. practices, marketing of school meals and the school's eating environment.
This latest accolade follows an earlier healthy eating award in recognition of its good hygiene practices and food safety management systems.
