BOSP stands for Brighter Opportunities for Supported Play Ltd. and it is a charity that has grown from it's beginnings in 1991, when it was established by parents of children with special needs.
BOSP moved to 2 Crown Yard, Billericay in July 2007, after the building had undergone extensive refurbishment.
BOSP provide play and recreation opportunities for children and young people with learning disabilities, thereby giving them a better quality of life and helping them to learn valuable social skills.
It also provides the families with some, often much needed, respite and support.
There are evening and weekend meetings, offering a variety of activities and outings, all under the supervision of a great team of carers.
BOSP also provide holiday clubs and enlist the help of many organisations from within the community, ensuring that every member gets the maximum opportunity to try out new skills.
