The Patient Advice & Liasion Service (PALS) focuses on improving the service to NHS patients. As a patient, relative, friend or carer, you may have concerns and need someone for help, advice and support. This is where PALS can help the residents of Billericay, Brentwood and Wickford.
PALS offers an independent, confidential service to all.
The service aims to:
Advise and support patients, relatives and carers
Provide information on NHS Services
Listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries
Help sort out any conerns that you may have
