The South Essex branch of Enchanted Childcare is owned and has been run by Karen Broughton since May 2010.

This agency understands how important it is for your children to be safe and happy. Enchanted Childcare, formerly Wealden Nannies, was established in 1985. For over 25 years this agency has been helping parents find suitable childcare in Kent and East Sussex, and has expanded to cover Essex, London and other counties.

Enchanted Childcare provide a personal service and can help with most childcare requirements including: Nannies (Permanent & Temporary, Live in and out), Mothers' Helps, Permanent Nursery Staff, Night Nannies, Maternity Nurses and Childminders.  We also have a babysitting register.

All childcare staff are personally interviewed, reference checked and have enhanced Criminal Record Bureau certificates.

 

Karen is a mother of two daughters, which helps her understand the needs of parents and their anxieties.  Enchanted offer a very flexible service for interviewing candidates (by appointment) and take pride in placing the right person with the right family.

 

The Agency as a whole is expanding by county, but Karen works by herself covering South Essex and also looks after North Essex.  Karen has lived in London and Essex all her life.

 

Enchanted Childcare have a friendly approach and look after both the parents looking for childcare and the nannies, as it is just as important to find the right job for the nanny as it is to find the right nanny for the job!
