Work to begin on Swan Centre Development

Wells Place surface car park (Tesco car park) and Wells Place / Southampton Road ramp to the Swan Centre roof car park will be closed from Monday 8th July, to allow work on the exciting Swan Centre Development to commence.
The development will include a 9-screen cinema, a 20-lane bowling facility, Nando's restaurant and Frankie & Bennie's pizza restaurant.
It is expected that the new development will open late in 2008.
