The Fishers Pond firm that employs missing teenager Rosemary Edwards' father has offered a £100,000 reward to find her.
Mr Edwards is employed as a consultant by Tecton of Fishers Pond, near Eastleigh. His 15-year-old daughter went missing more than two weeks ago after a family row.
Rosemary's mother Jennifer, 47, said: "David and I were a bit staggered when we learned that the company was willing to put up £100,000.
"We knew a reward was being talked about but didn't know it was going to be as big as that. It might make all the difference if someone is looking after her."
Tecton, which designs security cameras, was founded 20 years ago and has an annual turnover of £10m.
As well as offering the reward the company is asking its customers across the UK to examine all their CCTV footage for any sightings of Rosemary.
Rosemary is 5ft 9in, slim, with long, dark blonde hair that comes down to her waist. She looks older than she is and could pass for 18. Ring Hampshire Police on 0845 045 4545 and ask to speak to officers involved in Operation Emshot.
A Tecton spokesman said: "We're desperate to do anything we can to help David and his family find her.
"I would urge anyone who may be able to help to contact police with information."
