What is the Greening Campaign?

Published: 24th June 2008 15:56

The Greening Campaign is the first initiative that BiFOHH ACC (Bishopstoke, Fair Oak & Horton Heath Action on Climate Change) will adopt to enable collaboration across our community in making a difference in our own area in response to the earlier presentation given by Chris Huhne MP

'The Greening Campaign' is a way to increase Environmental Awareness in the wider community, and helps people to realise that by working together in making relatively small and simple changes, we can significantly reduce the amounts of resources and energy we use, and reduce our carbon emissions and waste.

The Greening Campaign is at: http://www.greening-campaign.co.uk/About.html

Greenspace South East is at: http://www.green-space.org.uk/

This is an excellent local initiative, to be applauded. If everyone does their bit, however small, it will surely make a difference.
