Four men robbed in Eastleigh

Police are appealing for information after four men were robbed in Magpie Lane, Eastleigh sometime between 11.30 and 12am on Friday, April 11.
The group had been socialising at a pub in Leigh Road and were walking back home through Passfield Avenue and the Skate Park. When they reached Magpie Lane they were approached by four black men.
The men became violent and stole property from the group using physical force. The stolen property included mobile phones, money, cigarettes and an MP3 player.
One of the group was hit around the head with a glass bottle and sustained bruising to his head; another sustained a graze on his leg. The other two men were uninjured.
Following the incident the attackers drove away in a silver saloon car. All four are described as black, in their late teens and wearing sports clothing.
