ITV's This Morning programme invited Eddie Spence, a Cake Artistry lecturer for Eastleigh College to demonstrate his exceptional cake decorating techniques with celebrity TV chef Phil Vickery as part of the weekly pudding club feature.

Phil Vickery, who previously spent time learning from Eddie, described him as ‘an absolute master whose work is beautiful and absolutely amazing'.

When interviewed by Philip Schofield and Fern Britton, Eddie explained how it can take up to four weeks to decorate some of his masterpieces as he regularly teaches at Eastleigh College passing on his wealth of knowledge and experience to his students.
"I started cake decorating at the age of 14 and have decorated cakes for the Royal family including Prince Charles and Princess Diana's wedding cake, the Queen's Golden Anniversary cake and many more," said Eddie.

If you would like to learn Cake Artistry we have courses starting from this September so visit www.eastleigh.ac.uk and look out for new Part Time prospectus which is coming soon.
