Fleming Park, relegated last season, have bowled their way back into the B League of the Southampton and District Women's BA - with the best record in the entire league!
They took the C League title by 12.5 points, winning 13 of their 14 matches (they were only beaten once, by Winchester Conservatives).
The secret of their success has been keeping two settled rinks; throughout the camaign they only used nine players.
Jill Wells, of one rink, became club champion this year, beating previous holder Sue Herring - and she will make club history in November when she becomes the first lady president of Fleming Park.
Fleming Park's second team, promoted from the D League last year, held their place in the C League, finishing fifth.
