We are organizing a "Climate Change & Energy Fair" at The Point, Eastleigh's Arts Centre, on Sunday 12th October.

From 11am, we will have a range of exhibitors from companies and organizations such as those supplying domestic renewable technologies such as solar panels, wood stoves, air source heat pumps and micro "combined heat & power",
and small wind turbine consultants, etc, plus Greenpeace, Portswood Cycling, Sustrans, and Energy Saving and Recycling information.
From about 3pm we will have a range of speakers, and a short Greenpeace film called "The Convenient Solution".
Ben Brangwyn from the "Transition Town Network" (transition to post-oil), the Regional Director of Sustrans, 'Climate Southeast', BAXI boilers explaining their development of boilers that also make electricity, and our own Louise Bloom, Cabinet Member for the Environment.
The day will end with a panel discussion, which should be lively and interesting.
The day is free to attend - please come along!
