Home of one of the finest local history collections in Hampshire, exploring 100 million years of history. The wonderful array of odjects includes the celerated Selborne Cup and the impressive Anglo Saxon Alton Buckle.
The Gallery of Childhood is packed with toys, childerns books and dolls dating to the 18th century. Other popular displays include prehistoric tools, local Roman pottery, the battle of Alton 1643, sweet Fanny Adams, Saxon Burials and hop picking and brewing.
