Five Mile Walk Around Horndean

Join the Friends of Portsdown Hill on a walk exploring the local countryside, led by Cliff Holmes.
26th February 2011 from 1030am until 1pm. Meet at the car park next to the Fire Station in Horndean for a 5 mile walk.

Had a lovely holiday in Southsea last July and was impressed by the landscaping and planters.
Q: what were the beautiful orange plants in all the pots along the sea front? They looked like large tagetes or french marigolds...but not exactly.
I asked a person who was watering them and got the reply "I just do thejob. Idon't know much about plants." !!
