Welcome to art & craft lovers ! Over 2 weekends in May, local artists open their homes & studios to show their work, and explain how it is made. See paintings, textiles, ceramics, jewellery, woodturning, glass, printmaking, photography, automata.... Admission is free, and it's a great way to explore. Many of the artists have trained in Portsmouth.
On May 12 & 13, the Trail takes place in Waterlooville, Leigh Park & Havant, and showcases the work of Francesca Robinson (prints) Samm Mackinnon ( marine paintings) and the late Paddy Smith ( 3D and drawings) : Making Space (Tracey McEachran,Peter Levy & Kate O'Connell); and Tom Bennett, Alan Longmore and friends, Forest of Bere Woodturners, The Woodstock Group: Angela Oakley, and the Spring Arts & Heritage Centre (Sat only)
