A promotion on behalf of Portsmouth Watersports Centre
SUP Yoga @ PWC
We are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with Emma from Ocean Flow Fitness to start running SUP Yoga sessions.
2 class times are on offer for the autumn half term: 7:15-8:30 am, or 9:30-10:45 am. Cost will be £15 per session from the 29th and this first term will be 4 weeks long.
Don't worry, the waters still at a good temperature and in the case of the conditions being impossible for a water based practice we're gooing to take the class into the fantastic Harbour View room at the centre to do a balance and core yoga class. However we are located at the top end of the harbour and we are very fortunate to be sheltered from most conditions.
No experience necessary, you just need to be a competent swimmer, be a nature lover and have a good sense of humour.
For more info or to make a booking please contact Emma @oceanflowfitness - firstname.lastname@example.org
