Cut out the coffee, jettison the junk food, and stamp out that cigarette! This week, the team at Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing centre in Portsmouth are offering everyone a free three-day pass; on one condition: you must swap it for your guilty pleasure.
Whether you are a caffeine queen, fast food fan or serial smoker, your local Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre are giving you the chance to swap your guilty pleasure for the gym and feel fitter and healthier this summer.
Bill Holderness General Manager of Nuffield Health Portsmouth, said: "We all have our vices, but they shouldn't stand in the way of us leading a healthy life. We are encouraging people to feel the benefit of what making small changes to your lifestyle can have on your overall health and wellbeing."
All you have to do is drop into the centre, and hand over the offending item to a member of the Nuffield Health team, who will be able to exchange it for your free pass.
Sarah Marsh, Professional Head of Fitness and Wellbeing at Nuffield Health, said, "Every member at Nuffield Health is entitled to a 12 point health MOT, which looks at how lifestyle factors like smoking, alcohol and the consumption of fatty or sugary foods can affect our long-term health. Our clinically trained staff help members set achievable health and fitness goals, and support them every step of the way."
