New ‘CircuitNet' session hits Southampton

‘CircuitNet' sessions will start at Solent University, East Park Terrace Sports Hall on Wednesday 13th June 2012 at 1pm.
The fitness sessions, born out of the successful, nationwide ‘Back to Netball' programme brings fitness elements such as strength, power and cardiovascular endurance together with core ball skills.
Debbie Laycock, Netball Development Community Coach for Southampton said: "Back to Netball is a gentle re-introduction to the sport for ladies of all ages. Circuitnet is a new element which is coach-led and will cover fitness and ball skills in a fun, entertaining and social environment. Whether it is about rediscovering sporting abilities you forgot you had, about getting active again or just meeting a group of like-minded ladies, these sessions cater for all abilities."
