Born in Iraq, has lived and worked in Britain since 1975. He obtained a BSc. Degree in Marine Biology in 1973 from Basrah University. In 1975 he was in full time higher education at Southampton University, studying Oceanography, and gained a diploma degree in 1978.
Jeremy Daoud is a Christian artist who has worked in Britain for many years, but in 1999 he decided to follow his ambition by doing a foundation course in art at Southampton City College, and in 2000 he studied Fine Art at Southampton Solent University where he obtained a BA(Hons) in fine art on June 2003.
He has exhibited with Hampshire Artists for two successive years, and also takes part in the "Making Merry" event in Winchester. He has also been commissioned for several individual portraits.
