The Big Wild Read

The Big Wild Read is a wonderful way to get children reading and using their local library. Once the kids get into the habit, you'll soon see the benefits.
Children have to sign up at the library and will be given a folder to record their progress throughout the challenge which ends on September 7th.

The games and activities included here are all based around the environment or reading, and they're all designed with kids in mind. Your children can find out about ways to help the environment, and they can find out about some of their favourite authors. But they can also have a whole load of fun doing it. Remember, reading books is like a work-out for the imagination - and like any kind of exercise, it's addictive!
