On the road with "Hertfordshire Biker"
| Published: 30th August 2006 16:07 |

Written and designed by bikers for local bikers, Hertfordshire Biker is believed to be the first of its kind in the region. The free magazine is being supported by the police, motorcycle dealers, biking events and training organisations across the county, who will be distributing it to some 10,000 bikers.
The glossy magazine covers all aspects of motorcycling and includes a detailed location map of all safety cameras in the county, an interview with World Superbike Champion, Troy Corser, as well as practical and local advice for bikers.
Its early days but the biking community seem to have really got behind this magazine. Its a local publication with articles which focus on people and places that readers will know, as well as covering important safety issues, said County Councillor Stuart Pile, Executive Member for Highways and Transportation.
This is an innovative approach to establishing contact with Hertfordshire bikers. We are not aware of any other publication like this.
