Herts Youth Games 2012
The 10 Districts Contesting the Herts Youth Games 2011
The annual Herts Youth Games, contested by all 10 Hertfordshire districts, takes place on Sunday 8 July at the Herts Sports Village in Hatfield (De Havilland Campus, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, AL10 9EU).
Sports will include girls' football, hockey, badminton, table tennis, netball, basketball, indoor athletics, boccia, aquathlon and bowls.
Trials and training sessions took place throughout the Spring. School trials for aquathlon were held in May and successful participants were selected and will be representing the Borough of Broxbourne at the Games.
A boys team from The John Warner School will be representing the Borough in Hockey at the games. The team will be managed by two sports ambassadors who attend the John Warner Sixth Form.
