Survey: Dedicated Graffiti Boards for Hitchin? What do you think?

There is an increase of graffiti around Hitchin and dedicated graffiti boards have been mentioned as a possible solution.

As a result, Margaret Bracey, the council's Community Development Officer for Hitchin, and the Voice of Hitchin Youth are conducting a short survey (below) in this respect.
