Hitchin Triangle Residents' Association
The Triangle covers the area including and between Walsworth, Verulam and Nightingale roads plus King's Road, Florence Street and Alexandra Road.
The Association brings local agencies and residents together to try and find solutions to local problems. Come and meet active citizens in your neighbourhood, your local councillors, police community support officers and NHDC community development team.
If you have a community project which needs support please tell us!
The dates for our remaining 2008 meetings are:
- Monday 28 April
- Monday 29 September
- Friday 21 November - AGM
We meet at Holy Saviour Church Hall at 7pm for tea and a chat for a 7.30pm start.
Current projects include:
- Lobbying the council for a fair and informed vote for residents on parking permits
- Influencing the quality and type of new development in the area
- Encouraging residents and agencies to work together to improve neglected urban spaces.
We also organise social events.
