Join in the Rhythmic Riot & Get Involved in its Music Workshops!

As well as having lots of fantastic music, dance, art and food on offer, Rhythms of the World will also be playing host to music workshops over the festival weekend.
After going down a storm last year Rhythmic Riot return to Hitchin with two all ages workshops on Saturday 12th July at Hitchin Christian Centre at 9.30am or 10.45am.
The drumming and percussion workshops last for about an hour each and are in the morning before the festival starts in Priory Park, giving all budding drummers and percussionists the chance to make some noise and have plenty of fun before making their way down to the site. Please book tickets, costing £2 per person, in advance by calling Clare Sulch on 07815 736437. Any places left on the day will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Bayou Seco, from New Mexico, will also be holding two free workshops for 5 to 11 year olds and their parents/guardians in the Children's Area in Priory Park on Sunday 13th July at 2pm or 4pm. The workshops run for about 45 minutes. Everyone is welcome to just come along on the day to join in the fun! Bayou Seco will also be performing on the nearby Willow Stage at 6.45pm.
