An Invitation to all Youth Organisations in Hitchin

All youth organisations in Hitchin are invited to an event to promote their activities to the town's young people.
This will take place at Church House, Churchyard, Hitchin, SG5 1HP on Saturday 6th September 2008 from 2pm to 4pm. You will be able to set up stalls from 1pm.
There are also plans to gather information about all activities available in a small (credit card size concertino) booklet to give out to young people. The same information will also be provided on the AboutMyArea SG4 & SG5 community website for Hitchin.
Please let me know if you are interested in attending or, if not able to, let me have information about your activities for young people for the booklet and the AboutMyArea website.
