Five Arrested Following a Burglary in St Ippolyts

Five people have been arrested following a burglary at a farm in St Ippolyts in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday 2 September).
At around 2.30am reports were made that a barn had been broken into. Officers arrived on the scene within minutes and searches of the area were carried out. A short time later a suspect was arrested. Four other people were arrested after being seen by officers from the dog unit on the slip road of the A1 northbound at junction 8.
Three 16 year olds, a 17-year-old boy from Luton and another 17-year-old boy of no fixed address are being questioned by detectives at Stevenage police station on suspicion of burglary with intent.
