Tickets are selling fast so make sure you get yours to ensure you can attend Hitchin's premier music event where you will be entertained for a whole day and night by some of World's most talented musicians as well as the best local bands and artists. All that for less than a trip to the cinema - bargain!
Remember, tickets are also still available throughout the community - local outlets include The Queen Mother Theatre, CD Heaven, Myatt's Woodwind and Brass, Club 85, Hitchin Town Centre Initiative, Evans-Pughe Strings, Machinehead and Eric T. Moore Books in Hitchin, as well as David's Music in Letchworth, Coda Music on Stevenage High Street and SoundArc in Shefford. Tickets will also be on sale in the market square again on Saturday 28th June and Saturday 5th July.
Extra pairs of hands are still needed to help in the run up to the festival and during the event itself. Rhythms of the World is a charity run entirely by volunteers and extra help is urgently needed to ensure that this year's festival is the best ever! Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, gain experience of helping to run a large event and looks very good on your CV! If you would like to get involved please contact volunteers@rotw.org.uk or 07834363626.
A fundraising session is also being held at Sainsburys in Hitchin on Sunday 15th June. Volunteers will be at the store's entrance armed with buckets to collect donations and talk to the public about this year'sevent.
