The Hitchin Society Events: June to December 2008

The Hitchin Society arranges a programme of meetings and events throughout the year. Meetings or visits are generally held on the third Monday of the month. Unless stated otherwise, meetings are held at the Hitchin British Schools, Queen Street, Hitchin, starting at 8pm, with refreshments from 7.30pm. Members of the public are welcome at all the Society's meetings and other events.

Visit to Moggerhanger Park
Meet at Moggerhanger Park in time for a 12.00 noon guided tour.
Cost of tour £6.00 adults, £5.00 concessions.
Moggerhanger village is situated on the A603 approximately 3 miles from Sandy roundabout on the A1, travelling towards Bedford. Once in the village, follow the brown ‘historic house' signs.
