Events in Photos: Oughtonhead Common Celebrations

From Friday 26 September to Sunday 28 September various special events took place at Oughtonhead Common to celebrate site improvements including new signs, a walks' leaflet, and better access and path surfaces for the disabled and pushchairs.
Here are some photos - kindly provided by Hitchin resident Chris Whymer - of the unveiling of one of the new signs by Chairperson of the Council, Allison Ashley. Among the attendees were local schoolchildren, members of the Friends' of Oughtonhead Common group and some of the volunteers who carried out work at the site.
