Befriending: A team of trained volunteers available to offer support and help in the community to individuals or families.

1. "Making Marriage Work" - Marriage preparation. 4 Sessions.
2."Connect 2" - Time Out for Couples. 5session course in the company of others.
Topics covered include, Love for a Lifetime, Communication Skills, Romance, Intimacy and Sex, Resolving Conflict, Future Hopes & Dreams.
3. "Couple-2-Couple." With the help ofa mentor couple the chance to celebrate what's good in your relationship and to discuss those areas where there is room for growth.
How to Drug Proof Your Kids.
A 6 session course for Parents who wish to know more about the issues around substance misuse. Sessions include: Drugs, Just How Bad Is It? Why Kids Take Drugs. Educating Kids to Make Good Choices. Prevention Tools for Parents. Learning to Intervene & Where to Get Help. A Parent's Guide to Handling Relapses.

The Christian perspective on life's issues. Pastoral Care.
