Search Launched For Thousand Most Inspiring Places For Children In The World

The search is on to find the places in the world that best promote children's sense of wonder and most fully nurture their imagination, curiosity & creativity with the founders of the UK based website behind the initiative calling on people today to nominate their favourites.

Between now and the end of 2007 inspiringyourkids.com will publish all legitimate recommendations made by visitors to the site with the opportunity coming next year for everyone to vote on the overall top place from amongst those recommended.

Both the person nominating the place that tops next years poll and a randomly chosen voter for it will receive truly inspirational once in a lifetime family holidays.

As inspiringyourkids.com co-founder Valerie Catterson explained there are no limits to the type of places that can be recommended ‘people can nominate places local to them or somewhere they've visited that's far afield. she said.

Ms Catterson continued ‘likewise nominations can be for somewhere that is very famous or a place that is not very well known.'

She concluded ‘we are looking for people's favourite inspiring place of any sort be it a wilderness; natural feature; managed park; venue that consistently hosts quality children's events; sacred place; museum; gallery; waterway; forest; beach; theme park; animal or other attraction; castle; cave; statue or whatever'.
