‘Test Your Management Skills!' -- Are you Machiavelli or Mother Theresa?
Managers can test their management skill in a light-hearted but challenging test on the Make Me a Better Manager website at http://www.makemeabettermanager.com/.
Says ETS director Dominic Wake, ‘Management skills are at a premium in today's highly competitive market and managers are being called on more and more to deal with tricky situations against tight deadlines. The test we've designed for our site may be entertaining but it also has a serious purpose - to remind managers of the importance of keeping their skills polished, especially in areas like leadership and communications.'
Visitors to the Make Me a Better Manager web site can find out for themselves whether they are a Machiavelli or a Mother Theresa by trying the five not-so-simple questions asked on the Management Quiz page.
