TaeKwon-Do is a Korean self-defence martial art suitable for both male and female, young and old. Classes provide a mixture of both physical and mental stimulation, helping keep the body fit and healthy through fat burning and muscle strengthening exercises. As well as the main disciplines - patterns, sparring, special technique, power and self-defence, students have used these classes to help build their self-confidence and respect for others.
Claire Crosbie TaeKwon-Do is affiliated to the British Isles TaeKwon-Do Federation and is a member of the International TaeKwon-Do Federation. Instructors working with children are registered with the British TaeKwon-Do Council.
