DEPRESSION ALLIANCE SCOTLAND - GROUP MEETINGS FOR OCTOBER 2008

Depression Alliance Scotland run a self-help group in Inverness, offering people affected by depression the opportunity for confidential local support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity to explore positive ways of coping with depression. Anyone who has depression is welcome to come along to the group which meets every fortnight from 7-9 pm at Volunteering Highland, 1A Millburn Road, Inverness.
Depression Alliance Scotland also offers support and information about depression to individuals, their families and friends, and professionals working with people who have depression. The telephone line is 0845 123 23 20 and is currently open 10am to 2pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (closed on Wednesday), or you can contact us by email from our website at http://www.dascot.org/.
