Free ‘Healthy Eating In Pregnancy’ Guide

After the initial excitement of finding out that they are pregnant, the thoughts of every mum-to-be turn to the care and welfare of her unborn child. Diet plays a vital role in ensuring a healthy baby, which is why Spatone (an Iron rich water supplement) has teamed up with Midwife Maggie Evans to develop a FREE comprehensive advice guide to nutrition during pregnancy.It is widely known that we should consume a wide variety of foods in order to provide all of the vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre that the body needs.
