Amaretto Syllabub

Ingredients
80ml amaretto
25g caster sugar
1 tblsp lemon juice
250ml double cream
Amaretti biscuits
Method
- 1. Whisk amaretto with sugar and lemon juice
- 2. Whisk in cream till thick
- 3. Crush biscuits and put some in each serving glass
- 4. Divide syllabub between glasses
- 5. Sprinkle each with more biscuits
This dessert is quite rich so portions need to be small!
