Planning Applications and Y List for Week Ending 22nd August 2008
| Published: 27th August 2008 13:12 |

In an effort to make the Planning Applications lists more user friendly we have now combined both the Y List and the received planning applications for the previous week in PDF format and as a Word Document. This has also been filtered to include only those relevant to BR5 and the High Street/Knoll part of Orpington.
Explanation of terms:
1) The Y List includes all undetermined applications (either rejected or approved.) After 4 weeks these will then be determined under delegated authority. The date when this can happen is in the document. DEL is an abbreviation for Delegated. These planning applications come from a much larger document (YList) which contains all applications that can be determined under delegated authority. That means that there will be a straight yes or no decision on these applications and they will not go to sub-committee.
2) All the information for the received applications is drawn from the Council website and the URL is www.bromley.gov.uk/planningaccess. This is a list of all applications validated in any given week. If you have queries about this then the best thing to do is email them at Planning Bromley or alternatively call them on 020 8313 4956.
