FURTHER DAY CONFIRMED FOR MARIE CURIE SKYDIVE
Marie Curie Cancer Care are delighted to announce that due to the unprecedented popularity of the Tandem Skydiving day at Lancaster on the 26th May, there will now be an additional opportunity for budding daredevils to take part on Sunday 27th May.
Sam James, Event Fundraiser said, "We are thrilled with how many people have shown an interest in the event and are really hoping that the weekend will help to raise a significant amount of money for the charity. By joining us and taking part you'll be able to help fund your local Marie Curie Nursing Service which offers specialist care, completely free to allow people with terminal cancer and other illnesses the choice to be treated at home in familiar surroundings with their family supporting them."
Sam went on to say, "This is a really special event from which the charity and the local nursing service will benefit immensely. It will also be that once in a lifetime event that you will always look back on with a real sense of achievement. With places going so quickly I would urge anyone interested to get in touch now for more details."
