Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2007
Increase of minimum annual leave entitlement from 20 days to 28 days
This amendment will be implemented in two stages:
1. 1.10.07 increase to 24 days per year
2. 1.10.09 increase to 28 days per year
As a transitional measure, payment in lieu will be allowed until 1st April 2009
