Help Direct hope to ease the stress of finding the right help and support, following the recent launch of their website.
The website, which went live last month, will provide potentially thousands of people across East Lancashire with access to the support they need.
It offers an overview of the services Help Direct provides, alongside an extensive list of contacts and services that can help with practically any problem, from health and finance to learning and employment
The site also allows visitors to search for upcoming local events and volunteering opportunities, as well as the chance for users to add their own.
Nicola Ruzza, Citizen Engagement Officer for Help Direct, hopes that the website will allow more people to access the organisation's services.
"We are very excited to finally have our own website. It means we can take the service straight to the people of East Lancashire.
"Help Direct already help hundreds of people per month across East Lancashire. The website will enable us to reach many more, and will hopefully help us connect with younger adults who may not be aware of us."
Help Direct provides practical support, guidance and information to all adults across East Lancashire, and aims to be the first port of call for people to get the help they need to get the most out of life.
