Cross Crawl Exercise

This is the most important exercise for everyone. It will improve our circulation, improve the flow of lymph. It also helps with co-ordination, flexibility, posture, improves memory and increases our energy levels.
The exercise should be practiced twice a day, counting to 50.
Bring your hand to touch the opposite knee, i.e. left hand to right knee, then right hand to left knee.
Wheel chair users can do the exercise in their chair, whilst 'fitter folk' can increase the intensity, by taking the elbow to touch the opposite knee.
You will soon start to feel the benefits.
