Veggies get ready for a culinary treat!

Are you a vegetarian and in need of fresh cookery inspiration? Then Bury Adult Learning Service have just the answer.
They have teamed up with Jane Hughes, the Editor of The Vegetarian, a national magazine produced by the Vegetarian Society, to organise a series cookery courses for Bury residents.
Jane, who lives locally, is passionate about vegetarian food and has suggested some excellent seasonal recipes to try out on the new four week course, ‘New ideas for Vegetarian Cookery' which starts on Monday, 2 November between 1.00-3.00 pm at Bury Adult Learning Centre on Haymarket Street.
There is also a special one off Meat-Free Christmas cookery course on Monday, 7 December between 1pm and 4pm.
Jane Hughes, said: "I'm really excited about the new courses at Bury Adult Learning Centre and I hope they'll be popular. I want to give people the confidence to customise recipes to suit their own tastes, and show that cooking vegetarian style is easy and fun!"
