Rossendale Hospice is a registered charity providing palliative care services to the people of Rossendale who suffer from a life limiting illness.

What do we do?
We care for people in Rossendale who have a life-limiting illness, with a whole range of services - from day therapy and home care to complementary therapies, which are free of charge for all our patients.
We also provide help and support to the families and carers of our patients.
Here at Rossendale Hospice, we always remember that you are a person, not just a patient.
Our aim is to improve quality of life, through expert nursing care, compassion, understanding and emotional and spiritual support.
We can offer you information and support that will help you to make choices about how you cope with your illness in a safe and comfortable environment.
As a charity we have to raise in excess of half a million pounds each year to meet our running costs. We are totally dependant upon the goodwill and generosity of the local community who raise money on our behalf - without them we quite simply could not carry on.
Perhaps you, or someone you know has just been diagnosed with a life limiting illness, or perhaps you would like to help us as a volunteer, or raise some money on our behalf?
Whatever your reason, please visit our website for a comprehensive guide to who we are, what we do and where we are.
