From 1st April 2008, free off-peak bus travel for over-60s and disabled people was extended across England.
In Lancashire, this means that people in possession of a 'NoWCard' can travel free of charge on buses after 9.30am, and that this card can also be used to travel outside of the county after this time.

NoWCards can be obtained from the One Stop Shop, Lord Street, Rawtenstall.
