Ju Jitsu

Helmshore Kokoro Kai Ju Jitsu Club meets weekly at Helmshore Primary School.
Instructor Stuart McDonald hosts classes in the Japanese martial art on Tuesdays, with classes for children taking place from 6.30 - 7.30pm and lessons for adults taking place from 7.30 - 9.00pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend, whether they have practised Ju Jitsu previously or are complete beginners. As a taster, the first lesson is offered free of charge.
The sessions cost £2.50 for children and £4.00 for adults.
