Stress Prevention and Stress Test

Prevention is better than cure

Lifestyle changes will often make a huge difference to the amount of stress you are experiencing. Look carefully at what you do in a typical week and ask yourself a few simple but revealing questions such as:
• How important is this to me?
• Is this what I really want?
• Who can/should help me?
• How can I do this differently/more effectively?
Listen carefully to the answers you receive - and act on them. We have only one chance to live our lives and it is so important that we make the most of the experience. Excess stress can destroy health, wellbeing, relationships, families and careers. Make sure that you identify those things that are causing you undue stress and take steps to reduce or eliminate the impact on you.
By clicking here you can take the Stress Test to establish your stress levels and the positive steps you can take to improve these.
