Our Client based in Towcester, is looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator.
Our client is looking for an experienced professional, with good customer service skills and the proven ability to control a team of a very busy, often overworked, service engineers travelling the length and breadth of the country.
Good IT skills are required, together with the ability to oversee the logistical routing of 8 service engineers, visiting on average 4-5 customer sites each day. Ability to recognise priority situations and to rearrange schedules during the working day, diverting engineers when necessary, in order to maintain response times.
You need to be a strong willed individual with the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
