Highways Agency Issue Holding Direction to SNC and WNDC Over Towcester Vale
| Published: 30th March 2008 16:41 |
On Thursday 27th March the Highways Agency issued a Holding Direction to both SNC and WNDC over the Application of Persimmon Bloor for the so called Towcester Value project.
SNC had application C - for half a graded junction on the area not controlled by WNDC
WNDC had applications A for the main development and B for the other half of the graded junction on the A43.
The Highway's Authority response is very interesting - it remains to be seen what WNDC will say about this - it is however interesting that an SNC claimed that they would not validate the application with 37 objections from the Highways Authority yet WNDC did.
