The workshop will be run by Sara Southgate, a naturopath and herbalist with over a decade’s experience of working with natural remedies. Sara says ‘There are so many fantastic natural remedies available at our fingertips! I’ll also show people some natural first aid techniques, helping to treat coughs, colds and infections effectively without antibiotics.’
