During this half-day workshop and learn how you can improve concentration, build bone health, soothe anxiety, aid sleep, manage challenging emotions and ensure a robust immune system with delicious foods and safe, gentle remedies and techniques.
The workshop will be run by Sara Southgate, a naturopath and herbalist with over a decade’s experience of working with natural remedies. She passionate about natural health and growing organic herbs and vegetables and runs a busy practice in Leamington Spa, where she lives with her husband, two young children and their dog.
Sara says ‘There are so many fantastic natural remedies available at our fingertips! I’ll also show people some natural first aid techniques, helping to treat coughs, colds and infections effectively without antibiotics.’
‘It is a fun and hands-on workshop, and during the morning we will do some tea tasting and Bach flower remedy mixing, and you will all make a mix to take home for your little one!’
