Calling all Businesses in Beeston - this is your opportunity to support a great community event.
Beeston Carnival, Saturday 12th July 2008
Would you like to become involved in this years carnival and benefit from the increased footfall in the town centre?? If so there are many ways in which you can get involved!
Beeston Carnival is in its third year and is organised by local Councillors Pat and Lynda Lally. This community event aims to bring together all the different groups and organisations within the town to create a fun day for all the family.
So, how can you get involved?.........
Business advertising
We are offering an exclusive advertising opportunity for businesses in Beeston to promote any offers/promotions that they have on during the weekend of the Carnival. This will be featured on the promotional flyers handed out for the event. Please note that spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis. Sponsorship
We would welcome any business to sponsor the following items:
• Entertainment (from £50)
• PA system (around £150)
• Carnival Princess (£50)
• Insurance (£250)
• Promotion (from £30)
• Plus other items....
Stands
Stands are open to any group or organisation and are charged at £10 or £5 for charity or voluntary organisations.
Volunteers on the day would also be a great help!
